Lumina Relief operates a high-speed fulfillment network. All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. Once your archive is secured and handed over to our premium carrier partners, you will receive a tracking sequence via email.

• Standard Global Transit: 5 to 10 Business Days

• Custom/Engraved Items: Please allow an additional 2-4 business days for our artisans to precision-cut your custom hardware before dispatch.

SECURE DELIVERY PROTOCOL

Lumina Relief is not responsible for packages that are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but claim to be unreceived by the client. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is a secure drop-off location. If a package is stolen after the carrier logs a successful delivery, the buyer must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
